Following the placement of your order, a verification process is conducted to ensure that sufficient funds are available. Once authorization is complete, your card will be charged to reserve the items you selected. When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to finalize the process.
Since each item is crafted to match your custom specifications, production begins only after payment confirmation is complete.
To finalize your order, simply click on the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button. You’ll be directed to a secure payment page where you can complete the transaction using either your credit card or PayPal account. All payments are securely handled via PayPal, and the charge will appear on your billing statement under the PayPal name.
In the event that a refund is granted, the amount will be returned to the original method of payment, whether that be PayPal or your credit/debit card.
